A spring and fall visit that catches the failures before July. Coil clean, refrigerant check, electrical test, filter.
Two visits a year, each about an hour. We clean the coils, check refrigerant pressure, test every electrical connection and change the filter.
Plan members get priority same-day scheduling in summer and a discount on any repair.
