You get the price before we touch anything. If the repair is not worth doing on a unit past its life, we say so and show you the numbers.

How fast can you come out?
Same day for calls before 2 pm, Monday to Saturday. After that, first thing next morning.
Do you charge for the diagnosis?
There is a flat diagnostic fee, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair.
