We started in 2004 with one van and a pager. Today there are six of us, and the phone still rings through to someone who can tell you what a visit costs before you book it.
Repairs are quoted flat, not by the hour. If the part is on the van, it is fixed the same visit.
What we do
AC repair
Same-day diagnosis and repair for central air, heat pumps and mini splits. Flat quote before any work starts.
Heating repair
Furnace and heat pump repair, including ignition, blower and thermostat faults. Gas work by a licensed tech.
New system installation
Replacement central air, heat pumps and ductless systems, sized to the house with a load calculation, not a guess.
Tune-ups and maintenance
A spring and fall visit that catches the failures before July. Coil clean, refrigerant check, electrical test, filter.

Do you charge extra for same-day visits?
No. Same-day is the normal service, not an upgrade. The diagnostic fee is the same whenever we come.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. CSLB licence number 1034567, C-20 classification, with general liability and workers comp. Ask and we will show the certificates.
Which areas do you cover?
Fresno, Clovis, Madera and Sanger, and most of the county between. If you are outside that, call and ask; we sometimes go further for installs.
Do you offer financing on new systems?
Yes, through a third-party lender, with terms explained in writing before you sign anything.
